Word for word.

I'm that customer that gets forgot about typically, but they made it right and felt bad putting me off. He drove off and honked, said see ya next year, didn't get paid cause he felt bad. I'll be sending $ to him anyway. He made it right, stood behind his company. That's what counts!! Great To see.

We have been enjoying and benefited from Mike Falco's professional approach to providing us with exceptional quality of product, professionalism, positive outlook, open to trying varying approaches to dealing with issues, friendliness, patience and eagerness to be helpful and supportive. Rose, who is the support "team" at the office, is patient and kind, as well as professional. We are a group of 7 households in our neighborhood and have been dealing with RVDC for the past 4 years and Mike was always available to make adjustments, work with us when we had concerns of any kind, patient as we get older and want things just so....., be there to brainstorm issues (when there might not have been any), and just simply being a "Mensch". In the end we always look forward to being able to breathe, entertain, and just hang out again in the outdoors. We could not recommend him any higher were he part of the family. We wish him continued success.

We've been using Rogue Valley Dust Control for our semi truck shop yard for several years. It has made a huge difference in our yard. We no longer breathe dust and our yard stay nice and clean, the trucks stay clean and dust free. They show up when they say are will and give us a great value for the price. We will continue to call them yearly to keep the dust away.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. The quality of organic product Mike uses and the service he provides, hands down best I've seen in the Rogue Valley. Highly Recommend.

Great company if you have any dust control needs. Mike sprayed our gravel driveway and I was referred of his services from a mutual friend. The product was seamless, immediately benefited the grade of our driveway, and was environmentally friendly. I would recommend Mike and his services to anyone who needs their roads, driveways, or grades coated to decrease dust on their properties.

We used Rogue Valley Dust Control at our place of business (Heavy forklift traffic) and our personal residence. We live on a country dirt road with a lot of local traffic going way too fast. When several of our neighbors saw his truck treating our road, they asked him to do their private drives also.

The treatment has been performing beautifully. Mike and his team did an awesome job-very thorough and a fair price. Plus he will monitor the surfaces throughout the season and re-wet if needed. I highly recommend this company if you’re having a dust problem!
