Farms, ranches, vineyards & rural property
From the barn to the county road.
Farm lanes, ranch roads and the roads between the rows, across Jackson and Josephine counties. The dust stays on the ground instead of on the stock, the vines and the house. What we spray is plant-based lignin, made from the fibers in trees.
Stock, crops & vines
Made for working ground.
A farm road runs past animals, crops and the machines that work them. Here is what we spray beside each, in the product's own words.

Farms and ranches ask
Long lanes, livestock, organic ground.
Is it safe around livestock?
What we spray is a plant-based lignin sulfonate. The product is described as safe for animals, plants and people, non-corrosive and non-toxic. Lignin is also used in cattle feed and crop fertilizers.
What about crops and vines next to the road?
Per the product, lignin is described as safe for plants, and it is also used in crop fertilizers. Tell us what grows along the road and we will talk it through before we spray.
Can tractors and trucks use the lane right after?
Yes. Everything drives on it right away. It is fully dry in about two hours on a hot summer day.
Our lane is over a mile. Is that too long?
No. We spray everything from a short driveway to miles of roadway. Measure it on the satellite map or give us a rough length.
Can you do only the stretch past the house and barns?
Yes. Tell us where that stretch starts and stops, and we will quote just that part of the lane.
Is the lignin organic?
Our lignin is a 100% organic, plant-based product. If your farm holds an organic certification and needs paperwork on what goes on the ground, ask us before you book.
