Truck lots · lumber & equipment yards · RV parks
Keep the lot open. Lose the dust.
Traffic drives on it right away, so the business keeps running. We book the spray around your hours, seven days a week, across Jackson and Josephine counties. For big yards and sites we travel: up to Eugene, the Oregon coast and Northern California.

Business owners ask
Questions from the front office.
Do we have to close the lot while you spray?
No. Trucks and customers can drive on it right away. It is fully dry in about two hours on a hot summer day.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Tell us when the lot is quietest and we will set the appointment around it. We take calls seven days a week, 8am to 6pm.
Will it keep dust off customers' cars?
Treating the lot holds the dust down, so less of it drifts onto parked cars and across the yard. Tell us where customers park and where the heavy traffic runs, and we will plan the job around that.
Can you handle a multi-acre lot?
Yes. We have sprayed everything from a short driveway to miles of roadway and multi-acre lots.
What do you spray on a lot?
One product: a 100% organic, plant-based lignin sulfonate. It binds the loose particles on the surface, and as the sun heats it, part of it hardens into a layer that resists water and dust. Truck lots are among the jobs we have done.
How long does a treatment last?
It is built to last the summer season. Tell us how much traffic the lot takes and we will talk through what to expect.
